Ham and Mozzarella stuffed Chicken

Ingredients serving 6:

  • one pack of chicken cutlets
  • a ball of mozzarella cheese
  • smoked ham
  • Italian seasoning
  • one egg
  • bread crumbs
  • mushrooms
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • one cup of whipping milk cream
  • one cup of dry white wine/ chicken broth

How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line cooking pan with tin foil.
  2. Cover chicken with oil and season to taste with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place smoked ham and a slice of mozzarella on chicken and roll into a ball.
  4. Dunk ball in a whisked egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Place in oven and cook half way for about 15 minutes.
  6. Grab a saucepan and fry mushrooms and tomatoes to desired taste. Pour whipping cream, wine or broth, and any more Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Take chicken out of oven after 15 minutes, pour over sauce, then cook for another 10-12 minutes to bake on sauce.
