Honey Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients for 2 Servings:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pound of salmon
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • lemon slices to serve
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

How to Make:

  1. Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees.
  2. Line small baking sheet with tin foil.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add honey garlic and lemon. Whisk until honey is melted into butter and all is mixed.
  4. Place salmon on the foil and brush mixture evenly over salmon. Sprinkle with a good amount of salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes and broil for 3-5 minutes to caramelize the top.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
