
Ingredients for 2 Servings:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 pound of salmon
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- lemon slices to serve
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
How to Make:
- Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees.
- Line small baking sheet with tin foil.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add honey garlic and lemon. Whisk until honey is melted into butter and all is mixed.
- Place salmon on the foil and brush mixture evenly over salmon. Sprinkle with a good amount of salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes and broil for 3-5 minutes to caramelize the top.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
