Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients for 4 Servings:

  • two cups of pre-cooked shrimp
  • cooked sausage link
  • can of corn
  • parsley
  • carrots
  • sweet potatoes
  • cooking oil
  • tin foil
  • lemon juice

How to Make:

  1. cut up the sausage and any other vegetables into bite sized pieces
  2. put all ingredients into tin foil blocks and coat with oil and lemon juice
  3. cook in the oven for 30 minutes
  4. take out and serve
